- Experience: 5 years or more in sales management or business development

What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
- Manage and lead corporate sales team to exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized IT solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Provide training and mentorship to sales team members
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

- Proven track record in B2B sales and team management
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of Northern Ontario business landscape preferred

Key Responsibilities:
